These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gud111 platform and all its services. They form a legally binding agreement between gud111 ("we", "the Company") and the user ("you", "member").

Gud111 is an internationally licensed gaming platform offering online Sports Betting, casino games, and lottery services. By using our services, you acknowledge the following:

These terms have been prepared in Bengali; however, in the event of a legal dispute, the English version shall prevail.

Opening an account at gud111 is completely free. However, providing accurate information at the time of registration is mandatory. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time.

One account per person: Each person may only hold one account. Any attempt to create multiple accounts from the same IP address, device, or payment method may result in all associated accounts being suspended.

Large withdrawals may be restricted until the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is complete. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

If a member is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately suspended and any balance may be forfeited. An NID or birth certificate may be requested at any time for age verification.

All bonus and promotional offers at gud111 come with their own terms. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the specific conditions attached to it.

Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses are subject to wagering or rollover requirements. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal.

• Winnings from bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be made.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Gud111 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time.

Before placing a bet on gud111, please familiarise yourself with the following rules, which are designed to ensure fairness and transparency.

Bet Acceptance & Settlement:

• Once a bet is accepted, it will be settled at the accepted odds regardless of any subsequent changes.
• If the referee or venue changes before a match begins, the bet will remain valid.
• If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Gud111 reserves the right to void any bets accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Exploiting video latency in Live Betting to place bets is strictly prohibited.

Maximum Win Limit:

• Maximum Win from a Single Bet: ৳50 Lakh
• Daily Maximum Win: ৳1 Crore
• Maximum Win from an Accumulator Bet: ৳2 Crore

Any dispute regarding a bet outcome must be raised with the support team within 72 hours of the match ending. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.

The gud111 lottery service operates using an independently verified and certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

• Lottery tickets cannot be cancelled after purchase.
• Prizes will be credited automatically to the winner's wallet.
• Additional identity verification will be required for prizes exceeding ৳1 lakh.
• Major prizes not claimed within 90 days of the draw date may be forfeited.
• Draw results are final and cannot be appealed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Placing artificial bets with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automation tools.
• Match fixing or any unlawful interference in sports events.
• Attempting to bypass or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Providing false or misleading information.

Gud111 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a Terms & Conditions violation.
• If evidence of fraud or deception is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification.
• Upon direction from law enforcement authorities.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months).

Members may close their account at any time. In such cases, the remaining balance will be refunded, but any bonuses will be forfeited.

• Bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by issues with the member's own device or software.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.

• Loss of opportunity due to cancellation or changes to sports events.

For any dispute or complaint, our support team will work to resolve it with the utmost fairness and integrity.
